Circleville, Ohio has some delicious places to stop for a drink or grab some delicious grub. You’d be remiss not to stop at any of our favorite small-town spots. Here are some of the best you can find in Circleville.

1. Scioto Valley Coffee

Scioto Valley Coffee is a small town cafe with big town vibes. They are the Starbucks of Circleville, but even better. Their small team has been serving delicious breakfast, lunch, pastries, and 50+ drink options for over a decade and never fails to deliver. Their convenient drive-thru is perfect for people on the go, and their second-level loft has just enough space to have an intimate coffee date with someone special. So pick up your morning coffee on the way to work, or sit down and stay awhile.

2. Wittich’s Candy Shop

Established in 1840, Wittich’s Candy Shop remains the nation’s oldest family-owned candy shop—wow! They have chocolates, hard candies, make-your-own candy supplies, and of course, their delicious soda fountains. In addition to having an overwhelming amount of tasty treats to choose from, they also make custom gifts for any occasion.

3. Richie’s New York Corner Deli

Who needs Jimmy John’s when you have Richie’s New York Corner Deli? With over 30 signature New-York style sandwiches on the menu (and even more build-your-own options), there is no shortage of delicious subs to choose from. We’re not really sure what makes a sandwich New York-style per se, but we’re pretty sure it’s meats and cheese stacked high on a french baguette, which we are not upset about.

4. Watt Street Tavern

For the classic bar & restaurant experience, Watt Street Tavern is the place to be. They have craft beers on tap, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and amazing specials every week. Follow them on their Facebook page for weekly menu updates and specials! And don’t miss Wing Wednesdays: 75 cent wings all night long!
